Description

The Purpose of this class will be to explore, in depth, the newest changes for the coming year of the GAR contract forms. The course will overview Forms and Paragraphs that have been changed and how these changes impact and become important to the transaction. The course will also overview the entire GAR Purchase and Sale Agreement (Form F201) to assist Realtor’s in best guiding their clients through the purchase and/or sale of real estate.
