A dedicated Realtor since 1997, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted understanding of the real estate industry to every transaction.  Growing up immersed in the business, with a father who was a builder, developer, and real estate broker, and a grandfather also in building and development, Susan gained invaluable insights from an early age.  Before embarking on her real estate career, she spent 14 years as a general contractor, further solidifying her expertise in construction and development.

Susan is passionate about helping both buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of the real estate market. Her goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, while consistently securing the best possible deal for her clients.  With extensive knowledge of both resale and new construction, she offers comprehensive guidance and support. Over the years, Susan has represented over 10 different builders, giving her a unique perspective on the new home market.  She has a proven track record of success, having assisted countless buyers and sellers, and has also managed and mentored a team of real estate professionals committed to providing exceptional client service.

Putting her clients' interests first is Susan's top priority.  Her dedication to their needs has resulted in a long list of satisfied clients over the years.  When she's not helping people find their dream homes, Susan enjoys golfing, decorating, spending time with friends, and most importantly, cherishing moments with her husband, two children, and four grandchildren.
