Description

This 3-hour continuing education course equips real estate professionals with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to create compliant marketing materials using Canva. The course focuses on Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) advertising rules, Fair Housing compliance, brokerage policy requirements, and disclosure standards across digital and print media. Through guided instruction and real-world case examples, participants will learn how to design marketing materials that are visually compelling while remaining legally compliant. By the end of the course, agents will understand how to avoid common advertising violations, properly represent brokerage relationships, and implement compliant systems in their Canva templates for ongoing use.
