THIS COURSE SATISFIES THE GREC REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR CE/ BROKER CE. 

Brokers, do you know if your agents are complying with License Law? This class examines each of the 36 unfair trade practices in detail with examples. Social media is all the rage, but are your agents’ advertising compliant? A look at case studies will help you learn from others’ mistakes. Leave this class with a better understanding of what is legal in License Law so that your agents will be compliant.
